By enrolling and participating in an online exercise program from Molly Sanchez, I acknowledge and accept that physical exercise carries an inherent risk of injury and death. I further acknowledge that the Releasees identified below have not made any warranties, representations or statements that the workouts, exercises, activities, and instructions provided by Molly are appropriate for my particular fitness level or physical condition. I acknowledge and accept that by participating in the workouts, exercises, and activities provided by Molly, I am accepting the risks of injury and death inherent to physical exercise. Should I suffer injuries or death, I, as well as my heirs, relatives, executors, administrators, agents, attorneys, insurers, successors and assigns hereby acquit, release, and forever discharge Molly Sanchez, as well as her businesses, agents, insurers, family, and heirs, successors and assigns (collectively "Releasees") of and from all causes of action, claims, demands, judgments, executions, and damages of any kind or character whether known or unknown, arising during or after the time of me working with Molly, whether in person or online including but not limited to negligent instruction and supervision. I understand that the laws of certain jurisdictions provide that a release does not extend to claims which are unknown or suspected when the release is executed. I specifically waive the provision of any similar stature or law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
